Refunds & Returns
1.Digital Download Refunds
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
Thank you so much for purchasing my digital mobile wallpapers! Once your payment is completed, your files are immediately available for download and automatically sent to your email. Because of the nature of digital downloads they can’t be “returned,” Therefore I am unable to issue refunds, cancellations, or exchanges after purchase.
I want you to love your wallpapers! If you experience any issues with your download, please reach out right away. I’ll gladly help you get everything sorted so you can enjoy your new wallpapers without any trouble.
All purchases are final.

2. Where are you based?
I am currently based in Connecticut / New York and snail mail is only available in the US (not available worldwide...yet) ;) I'm still figuring it out lol
More about BANANA TREE CLUB SNAIL MAIL
- It usually takes around 8-10 working days for Snail Mail to arrive in your post box. We post your envelope out within 48 hours of your order. (Working days do not include weekends, public holidays or days impacted by weather conditions.
- We do our best to get your envelope to you as soon as we get your order. Please, please, please make sure to double check your shipping address, apartment number, email address etc. Because after 24 hours, we're not able to change it.
- Please make sure your email address is correct...(very important) so we can communicate with you.
- There is no tracking on snail mail envelopes. This allows us to keep the cost down for you.
- We do not have a subscription style of ordering yet.

3. Can I cancel my order or change it once I've place it?
Digital orders cannot be canceled as they are immediately available to you.
With the snail mail we start processing orders very quickly so your items get to you as fast as they can. Please make very sure of your order and mailing address at checkout.
