Refunds & Returns

1.Do you do Returns?

No, we do not offer refunds or returns, as each piece is made to order. As a small business, this helps us avoid waste and keep things as sustainable as we can 🌎

To help you order the perfect fit, we provide a detailed sizing chart under every product description. If you're unsure about your size or have questions before purchasing, please message us! We’re more than happy to help you find your best fit and feel confident in your order.

All purchases are final.

2. Where are you based?

We are currently based in New York and we ship worldwide ;)

3. Can I cancel my order or change it once I've place it?

Unfortunately this is rarely possible. We start processing orders very quickly so your items get to you as fast as they can. Please make very sure of your order, color, sizing and address for shipping before placing the order. There is a sizing chart under each product so you can double check.

4. How long does it take to process my order?

Once your order is placed, we get onto it quick. We kindly ask that you double check the address for shipping, size of item and color when placing your order. This will help us make sure your items get to you safe and sound with as few delays as possible. Once the order is shipped, we have a limited amount of control to have it changed and rerouted. Sometimes this will mean an additional rerouting fee from the delivery company.

Orders made late on Friday will only be processed on the following Monday morning.

5. How long does Shipping/Delivery take?

Delivery times within the United States these days is tricky, but in general shipping takes 7-10 business days. This may vary during busy times of the year when delays often occur or extreme weather forces deliveries to halt. If you need an item for an event, please place it well in advance as sometimes delays can be 20-30 business days (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Adverse weather conditions etc)

Overseas orders can take 20+ Business days. 

We are working on an Overnight Shipping option at the moment. We will keep you updated when it happens.
